Women in Exhibition (WIE), is a dynamic and inclusive community dedicated to empowering and advancing women professionals within the exhibition and cinema industries. Established in 2019 with the mission to champion gender equality and leadership development, WIE provides a supportive platform for women at all stages of their careers, from emerging talents to seasoned veterans. Through networking events, a virtual speaker series, educational programs, mentorship opportunities, and advocacy initiatives, we strive to foster a culture of inclusivity, professional growth, and mutual support.

Our Vision
Our organization promotes female leadership, inclusion, and growth in the entertainment industry by offering a portal for women to engage and enhance their professional experience with exhibitors, studios, technology groups, and service providers. Further, our organization focuses on building a socially-conscious community of ideas, ingenuity, prosperity, and cooperative movement, as well as benefits the industry as a whole by supporting other charities and organizations that operate within the film industry and exhibition space.
Our Mission
Women in Exhibition focuses on sharing connections with multiple facets of the entertainment industry around the world. Members have the ability to be featured in our member spotlight segments, attend our various networking events at industry shows, participate in our mentorship program (as a mentee or a mentor), promote their company or themselves to the exhibition industry through our social media outreach, being a guest speaker on industry panels and networking with others in the exhibition industry.
